The teachers and instructors helped me deepen my practice. Unstructured taught into advanced postures as appropriate. Studio offered advanced or master classes to interacted parties. The studio and teachers helped depend practice.

Excellent space, accurate loving teaching, kind and friendly yogis. Loved dropping in for the 'complete' class, with a little bit of mantra, meditation and inversions, a good warm flow, well sequenced standing and seated postures moving the body toward a rarely taught arm balance pose, astavakrasana. Just lovely, thank you, Ashley Dorr.

This is the most beautiful, warm, loving and authentic studio in NYC. Amanda has created such an amazing sanctuary that feels like a truly shared space with all its amazing teachers and committed students that frequent it. A must visit for any yogi in New York, and I am genuinely jealous for those lucky enough to live close by.

Thanks for the 3 New Student classes this last week - a great deal in a super studio. No hesitation in recommending practice here; from beginner to experienced. Hope to visit again if I'm back in Historic Carroll Gardens
