Department of Agriculture Forest Service Meditation Point (Timothy Lake)

I've been a way for almost 4 months. Coming back into ATM reminds me of why I do yoga here. The front desk people are always smiling and welcoming. The classes I take here are so varied I am bound to find what fits my needs on any given day. Most recently the Yin Yoga Mediation Teacher Training exceeded my expectations. The space held for us was done with great compassion. Being in a room full of so many people could be intimidating for me, but I soon realized I felt safe, and empowered. A part 3 was mentioned. I'm all for it!

Everyone at ATM exudes the essence of kindness and skillful mess. This is a unique place on the planet. A real haven. A place to find like-minded friends and community on a path to being the best that we can be as humans. I'm grateful for ATM, Joan Dwyer, Kendall Sheldon, Mel Weigmont, Amy Hagan, and all the staff at ATM.

I love this yoga studio ! The variety of classes is amazing and all of the teachers are awesome and so welcoming. My favorite class is the yin class taught by MJ. She’s so sweet. I recommend everyone to go here !

Attended my first class this afternoon in East Greenwich with instructor Michelle Tremont. I followed Michelle from her former studio. I'm very happy to say that I love ATM! So happy I followed Michelle because she is awesome!

Love The Studio! Traveled from PA to attend The Chakra Immersion led by Jurian Hughes. The space was warm and the group of people were welcoming. Most of all, the owner of the studio was truly kind. This studio has some of my favorite teachers in the world. I always am welcomed by the lovely staff and warm community.

I was lucky enough to celebrate my birthday with Jen as our teacher at the half day Yoga and Meditation retreat. Her use of poetry and soothing voice added so much to the relaxing experience!

I love ATM. It feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend it for yoga, massage, inspiration, or just to bask in the lovely atmosphere inside.

I love All That Matters Providence, I love all of the instructors who share their knowledge and remind us to be kind, loving and compassionate to ourselves and others. I'm thankful for All That Matters!
