Absolutely love Sculpted Body! It is a low impact FULL body workout. I was having joint pain before I started from different workouts. The pain is gone and I feel much stronger. All of the instructors are wonderful. Kathy, the owner, makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome!! Highly Recommend!!!

Great workout! I regularly strength train 4-5/week with CrossFit and this was an excellent cross-training class to really hit areas in a different and challenging way. It was a great core and stability workout that really made you focus on each movement and muscles involved, with the burn to match. Highly recommend trying it out, cause it's something you have to experience to really feel how it works.
