Club Pilates Flower Mound

I have found my new passion. I’ve basically been a gym rat for many years doing boot camp, gyms and using personal trainers. I’ve managed to keep my knees healthy and quite frankly was over the competive type atmosphere. When Club Pilates Highland Village opened it I had to try it. One demo class and I was in love. I’ve gotten incredible results beyond the typical workouts I had done in the past. Yesterday I did a control class with Ina. Even though I’ve been at Club Pilates for almost a year I am sore in places I had forgotten about. Ina is awesome! All the instructors are professional and really pay attention to their clients. I love this place and I will never stop doing pilates.. 💗

I absolutely love Club Pilates, Highland Village! I had never done Pilates and now I am obsessed! The instructors are amazing, and not only know Pilates, but are extremely knowledgeable about the mechanics of the body movements. All levels can find a great workout and catch on very quickly. I try to go 5 days a week and never feel like my classes are the same, so it keeps me on my toes! I am stronger and more flexible since joining, and have noticed a change in body composition. One of the most surprising benefits has been a reduction in body pains and back issues. It is truly a complete body workout. Highly recommend giving it a try!

The instructors are great and the classes worth every penny. You will never get as good a workout at the gym or on your own, in my humble opinion. I do wish they offered more 1.0 classes for those of us learning Pilates, but even their 1.5 classes are ok for beginners because Pilates inherently allows for experience-level modifications.

Club Pilates is my favorite way to get a total body workout! I love the mind body connection Pilates gives me. If you’ve never tried a class, what are you waiting for? You won’t be disappointed!

I don't know what took me so long to join? Best decision I ever made! Going to Club Pilates is like having your very own personal trainer. I love that each class is something new, never the same routine. Instructors Kimberly and Kelly ROCK! The use of the app and the booking process is super easy and very convenient. Pilates is an excellent overall workout - a great mix of stretching, cardio, and strength training. I am an avid golfer and it has helped me keep my posture through my swing and I think even helped me gain some distance in my drives. I am one of the few guys who goes to Club Pilates, but I know all guys would benefit from it!
