Club Pilates North Fort Worth

Absolutely obsessed with this place! I can’t describe how it makes me feel, other than after my first class I called my fiancée and told him I felt like a unicorn... but it has helped my lower back pain so incredibly much! The staff is like no other, they always greet me by name and it makes me feel so good. I have been to each of the instructors I believe and they are all fabulous, there’s no way I could pic a favorite!

I'm 73 years old, and yet I no longer feel like 73. That's because of the Pilates reformer training I started several months ago. When I joined the Club Pilates in North Fort Worth just as they were opening, I was assigned to trainer Nikki Zialcita. If you've ever noticed an 'older' 5' 2" tall woman walking by a mirror or window, (i.e dowager's hunch with goose neck and very slow walk), that was me. Slowly, Nikki improved my posture part by part, and now I'm 5'3" again, standing taller again. Plus I don't need to lean on the grocery shopping cart any more. It's great to see smiling faces whenever I walk through Club Pilates' door. I wouldn't miss my training for anything. Just maybe I'll be 5'3-1/2" soon. Smile.

I've recently joined Club Pilates and I have had an amazing experience. The instructors are super helpful especially Nikki. She makes sure that beginners are well aware of each movement and what their bodies are capable of doing. I would recommend this work out to anyone just starting out on their fitness journey

I did a beginners class with Nikki today (my first ever time trying Pilates). She was fantastic and encouraging and helped us learn the correct names for things and talking through the positions so we didnt feel clueless. It was a great workout that didnt feel like a workout (other than those darn planks lol).

Immediately after my Intro class I joined, as a basic 8 session package per month. But before my month was up, I decided to get the unlimited package. Pilates has been wonderful! My bad lower back had prevented me from doing many other types of exercise, and now I'm hooked! All the instructors are amazing! No fat shaming or ridicule here! The entire staff is excellent! I finally feel comfortable working out!

Club Pilates has been the best experience. The instructors are so knowledgeable and helpful. They are constantly encourage you while you are working out. The front desk staff always greet you with a smile. I absolutely love going, which I never dreamed I would say about exercise.

I love the work outs. Not what I expected at all. I thought it would be more yoga style but we do cardio strength and endurance and core. Workouts are really effective and class sizes are small it’s like having a personal trainer for all workouts and it’s all low impact. I absolutely recommend club pilates.

I have been at Club Pilates for a year,& absolutely love the instructors and classes there. They take the time to get to know you by name and make modifications for any injuries that participants may have. They also change the formats, & introduce different exercises, so that it’s not just a cookie cutter class.

This has been the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I’m a mom and I work full time always made excuses to not work out. I joined club Pilates to help my lower back due to my 2nd pregnancy. Palates has change everything for me I’m longer, taller, and stronger. I’m so proud of myself I did my first 90sec plank. I never thought I could do that. The instructors are so helpful and caring. They push you to be a better you. Thank you club Pilates

Joining Club Pilates is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. Finally, a workout that I can see and feel WORKING, without feeling like I’m going to injure myself. These women are amazing. They work around everyone’s individual limitations, old injuries, whatever. And they somehow make a group class feel like a private training experience.

I've been a member of Club Pilates for almost 2 years (in June) CP is a place for ALL fitness levels, bodies, ages etc. It has something to offer everyone. I have grown in my strength both physically and mentally since joining. It has and continues to push and challenge me. No class is ever the same and that keeps it fun and interesting. The instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I recommend trying an intro class and becoming a part of the CP family!

Club Pilates North Fort. Worth has so many amazing things to offer it’s clients. Friendly staff, instructors that are knowledgeable in their craft, friendly members and a variety of apparel to chose from in their shop. Pilates was the change I needed after always doing the same type things as an athlete. It has strengthened my core and challenged me to work on my weaknesses. I am hooked and can’t wait to see where I will go from here with CPNFW guidance and encouragement!

I never thought cardio could be fun. But I enjoy it every time I go! Booking classes, checking into the studio & following the classes is so incredibly easy to do. I will continue to boast about this Pilates studio. Every staff member is extremely helpful & sweet.

I haven't done Pilates in about 4 years. I had surgery to my foot earlier this year and the instructors have been so fantastic in recognizing what may cause discomfort and giving me alternatives. The class goes by so fast you don't even realize you are working out!! I love it!! Great equipment and great atmosphere!

I could never consistently get myself to go to the gym. I would always stop after a week or two. I’ve been a member at club Pilates for over a year now. I started going once or twice a week and now I go 5 times a week. I can’t stop. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable. And I’m always greeted by a hello and a big smile. You can really tell how much they love their jobs. The people who go to the classes are also extremely nice. If you have an injury the instructors will tailor the exercise to your concerns. I see myself going here for years to come. Thank you for the results and for helping me find a type of exercise I love!
