This is such a great workout. It really challenges you but you can modify it as needed. I always feel great when I leave. I workout at the Roseville location and feel so blessed to have such a great studio with awesome instructors so close to my house. Thank you, Jill Dailey!

I wanted to shake things up in my workout routine so I went to TDM 8 months ago and haven't stopped loving the creativity and challenging energy from all the styles of classes. The entire staff are always fun, caring, and when you cant do one more 'hold', their extra push takes you there!! Congrats to Jamie and Sara and continued success!

This is a review of the Daily Method in Vancouver BC (Kitsilano Location) Many men have stopped going to the Kits Daily Method because of the hostility of Jay Wyder. She does not treat men with respect. She does not reply when men send her emails regarding customer service issues. We feel sorry for you that you have to work under Ms. Wyder
