I went to Fiji in September, 2014. My instructors were Carrie, Anita, and Greg(Goyo). Looking back now in 2016 I understand that this was the best yoga teacher training program I could have ever imagined. Not only did the training improve my physical practice, but I have now embraced Ayurveda and am a much, much healthier person than before my training. I even sent my 19-yr.-old son to Fiji in 2015 to do his 200 hr. training. He had a blast! Daku Resort is sweet.

Sadhana Yoga School gave me a kind, professional impression as I signed up for the 200 hour course in Bali. Prompt replies and friendly manor. However the course seemed thrown together in a haste, poorly organised by unhappy and even demotivated leaders. The Manual that was an additional cost to the course (and the most expensive of the course literature) was hard to work with as it was full of errors. Confusion seemed to rule and some topics were never covered. To me the course seemed very superficial and only lightly touched on general subjects. It never seemed as the desired pre-knowledge to participate in the course had been decided upon. Personally I had studied anatomy for a year before participating. I could follow the anatomy class but nothing was new. Others that didn't have much pre-knowledge also learned nothing as they couldn't follow the class. I very much enjoyed this Yoga course thanks to the wonderful people I studied with. Big Thank You to all my fellow students who shared so much of themselves and were simply just gorgeous friends! At the end of my experience Sadhana Yoga School does no longer come across as professional, but yet kind. I think there's a lot more to ask to make the price for the course justifiable. (Please note that I do not address he accommodation and board of the course in this review. We stayed at Jiwa Damai.)

It was a long held ( almost 20 year ) aspiration to return to the enchanting island of Bali and to be a part of a yoga teacher training. Every Human being needs to be nestled in the loving arms of Jiwa Damai. I met people who were truly beautiful, inspirational and adorable to me. The curriculum was both challenging and nourishing and far more than I dreamed of experiencing. For this; I thank my teachers, my fellow student teachers and also myself for trusting my higher self that all will be well and totally groovy.

The sadhana yoga school in Bali is a joke waste of your time and money, Just to let everybody know that they kicked out vision Ley only after a week, for complaining about racism to let you know we are Native Canadian proud natives who don't go away easy. Also kicked her out for sharing our culture and being told that it was disrespectful to do so. When she contacted the sadhana school she was told she is the first Native person to attend the school, thought it was going to be a good experience to go get her 200 hr teacher training cert. but it was nothing but unpleasant. The pictures on the web site are a lie food wise vision was a healthy 133 lb. but after only one week of only getting around 700calories a day she weighs 123lb unhealthy when paid nearly 1500$ American for the accommodation when she asked for more food she was told nothing but to get food in ubud when she brought food the owner got mad at her and told her no outside food in the room. The male teacher told the class that his people were the first in Quebec after being corrected they told vision that it was disrespectfull to say that. When you pay out of pocket for this school you are losing your money this school is a discrace to the people of Bali they should be ashamed of their selves. It has been 2 weeks since they kicked her out this was the first time she has been away from our 2 boys aged 8 and 2 and the first time abroad they kicked her out at 5:40 am wouldn't even let her go grab her things didn't call a taxi just left her on her own in a place she has never been with nowhere to go. No attempt of contact has been made. If you read this share it if you feel for this young woman the school will most definitely remove this as Gandhi said Many people, especially ignorant people want to punish you for speaking the truth, for being correct, for being you. Never apologize for being correct or for being years ahead of your time. If you are right and speak your mind even if you are a minority of one. The truth is still the truth. Gandhi

I attended Sadhana Yoga School in Fiji for the month of September. What a fabulous experience! The facilitators, Carrie, Anitta and Goyo were incredible! I learned so much and am excited to finally be teaching! Thank you Sadhana for this wonderful opportunity!!
