I received my first Yoga teaching certificate, RYT200, here in 2016. It proved to be a life changing experience and I feel lucky and blessed to be back here learning and experiencing true Yoga. It is incredible how engaging my course has been. We are all adapting to a new online format and it has been super smooth, any challenges has become part of the greater experience. Generally I would expect an online format to be inferior to learning in Ashram but it seems as if Gurujis energy and sincerity travels right through my screen and I have personally experienced and witnessed wondrous transformations within the whole class.

I believe that there are no accidents! In January no one thought that circumstances would turn out like this for our planet. I was fortunate enough to undergo an ashram teaching in January 2020. It was a unique way where I received not only valuable knowledge from our Guruji - Dr Omanand who one of the kind and wisest teachers I have ever known, but also made new friends from Indonesia, Italy, Poland, India, the United States. With the full instruction of the guru, my kundalini awoke , it give me lots of inner enlightenment and energy. We received many answers to questions such as: what are thoughts, where do fears come from, how to control anger, what is true love, how to find harmony of thoughts, body and soul and begin to understand more deeply what we are in this world for! It was a great honour for me to be in this ashram where we were able to receive knowledge and practice in small groups and being very close to our Guru! It is priceless ! It has changed me and relation in my family in such a positive way . All this knowledge now helps me and my relatives and friends to remain in harmony at this very difficult time for all of us. Parmanand yoga my dream place ever. I would like to recommend Paramnand everywhere because I learnt the real sense of human being there. A gem of a place if you want to dive deep into traditional hatar yoga. The teachers are superb and knowledgeable in all limbs of the hatar doctrine. I choose Paramanand because I wanted to learn yoga from a traditional perspective with equal weights on Asanas, Yogic Philosophy, Anatomy, History and Ashram life.

An incredibly extensive and complete course! exceptionally expert Yogacharya : Dr. Omanand (Guruji) guidance, the movement of yoga abilities appear smooth and natural over time. Daily Pranayama and Meditation sessions are energizing. Lessons in Physiology of Yoga made us aware of correct muscle and bone involvement in various asanas. This knowledge is necessary for anyone practicing yoga. Ayurveda philosophy of knowing one's dosha helped me in getting to know my body. The lectures by faculties on Yoga philosophy and meditation were entrancing! I highly recommend this course if one is serious about learning Yoga and Meditation.

My meditation experiences at Paramanand Institute of Yoga Science and Research have been phenomenal and mind blowing in the literal sense. My learning under Dr. Omanand Guruji totally blew away my thinking patterns, my behaviour patterns, my perceptions and my beliefs. I had been to Parmanand Institute recently to attend conference. I had been to so many conferences, but this conference really helpful for me. 6th International Yoga Festival was nicely organised. Everything was up to the mark especially.... the concept of Village & traditional food. I could see the Mini India in Paramanand Ashram during festival.... waiting for the next one...

Visited Singhasth with religious feelings and was amazed with the arrangements by administration.Daily around 1.5 million people visiting mela.pure drinking cool water dispensers every 50 meters,public toilets every 100 meters,Spick and span mela area spread over 30 sq.kilometers. Hats off to the planners and executers. We are definately heading towards a better tomorrow.3 cheers.
