I am a founding member of Barre3 Santa Barbara and I have to say, it's changed my life in so many ways. I'm happy, healthy, and in the best shape doing something I love with people just as passionate about it as I am! The classes are challenging yet effective, and the instructors motivate as well as teach so you have the best workout you can. Even on my off days or sore days, there are plenty of ways to modify to make the workout work for my body. I've also made some very dear friendships as a result. I'm approaching 250 in studio classes and look forward to many more throughout the years

Barre 3 is such an awesome all body workout. I love this studio and all of the instructors; the music is great,Mindy and all of the other instructors are super in-tune to each person in the class. It’s the perfect mix of yoga/Pilates/cardio and strength training for me and every time I end my workout smiling. � has improved my posture and the way I ride my horse too!

I love Barre3, I always know the day will be better if I have done a B3 workout. All the instructors are great--Lacey is FUN and turbo charged! Mindy is fabulous and motivating! I feel stronger and more balanced after just a few months of B3 workouts. I love that after a B3 class, my muscles are not tight, most other exercise results in immediate tight muscle pain but not Barre3. Barre3 is beneficial to my mental and physical health! I am thankful that Santa Barbara now has Barre3! The on-line classes are also really great when I am traveling or I can't make it in for a class.
