I’m definitely a beginner at yoga and I love it here. The instructors are really nice and the infrared heat enhances the yoga experience. I’ve been going a few times a week and it’s a good place to be. They have comfortable furniture. It always smells good here. ❤️ and they even emailed me to wish me happy birthday. All in all, I enjoy my time at Red Yoga.

I love the variety of instructors, the infrared heat, and just the whole vibe. I am a beginner student and I have found the classes very challenging but I love the challenge and feel supported here.

I found Red Yoga through Groupon and a friend and I decided to check it out. Initially, I was really nervous about whether or not I could handle the ability level and heat, especially since I had never gone to yoga classes before and I wasn't very familiar with the terminology or poses. I'm so glad a gave it a shot though! I walked out feeling challenged, invigorated, and sweaty. I was hooked. It was the perfect blend of strength training, cardio, stretching, and movement set...

This place has got it goin' on. The community is welcoming and friendly, the space is clean and beautiful, and the classes are challenging and fun. Nicole and Kelli's 200 hour yoga teacher training was incredible from start to finish. I felt supported and inspired through the whole journey and made some long-lasting friendships.

At Red I was welcomed, challenged, cared for, taught and loved. More than a yoga studio I found a community. I found my teachers in Kelli and Nicole, and they are both wonderful, knowledgeable, crazy, fun, strong and fierce warriors ready to conquer the world with their smiles and yoga classes. We laughed a lot, we sweat a lot... I cried sometimes under the infrared, and every time the experience was new. Red has also a diversity of amazing teachers, and one can just choose what fit better. Did you meet Shelly, I just love her...Every time I will stop by Ann Arbor, I will pay my visit to the family! See you on the mat. Love and light and as we say in French Longue Vie a Red Studio!
