Emily Fletcher and Ziva Online have been a truly wonderful blessing in my life- a true life changer ??? I did not know it was even possible to feel peace and whole inside- and now I do. Every day. Even when I have not so great days, I still feel that things will work out. Emily is a truly fantastic teacher- direct, honest, funny and down-to-earth. The Ziva approach to Meditation, and Life - W O W ???? From claiming just 7 months ago «meditation isn't for me», to being a twice a day faithful and happy meditator ?

I don't comment often on Facebook but I have to say, when Vishen and Emily did their promotional video on the Ziva meditation...the "M" word technique, I was curious. Clearly, everything I had been doing to try to slow myself down and get clear and focused wasn't working or not enough to notice anyway. So I signed up and started learning to do the M word technique. It's really hard to describe what happens when you meditate....but something definitely does! I have only missed one day since I started in October and I do everything to get it into my day! The changes I noticed right away were things like "not being a pushover like I used to be", "I'm more clear on the things I need and want", and can state them without feeling awkward or intimidated. ? "I can organize myself better", I even think better in terms of not being so distracted for example. My husband has noticed big time and tells me all the time how different I am. He tells others as well how I'm different (better) and it's because I meditate everyday. How this is all happening with meditation I'm not sure but if you listen to Emily and hear what she tells you about it, trust it and give it a try....it's all true! The benefits are there. Yes, there are days when it's not as much fun and days when it's an amazing experience but I believe them when they say daily practice is key. It is a practice, as important as brushing your teeth.....and I will continue on with it. Looking forward to learning more! Thank you Emily!

Ziva Meditation is awesome. After meeting Emily and interviewing her on my podcast, I was sold on her. She's simply an amazing person. After the interviews, I took the online course, got and read the book, then took the love course. I highly recommend doing all of this of you can. it will help you solidify your meditation habits. And if you think you're someone that can't meditate, than get the book (and read it too!)... you'll change your mind by the end. you'll be a meditator and a happier, healthier person.

Amazing book and system. I was coming off open heart surgery and dealing with a lot of anxiety. I have been following the program for 4 weeks and have not had a pill in that time. I sleep better and am nicer to my kids. Get this book and also give it to someone you know.

I went to Emergo Recovery near Barrie, Ontario. Ziva is the meditation they immersed us in. Ziva is the best meditation out there. I’ve only been meditating for a month but I feel so awesome after meditating. Looking forward to this group so I can learn more.

I just got home (tonight!) from playing principal flute on one of the hardest symphony programs I have ever played. Tonight was the best that it has ever gone. I listened to the free guided meditation (which I learned about from an email sent out by the Betty Rocker) before the concert and it worked like a CHARM!! I bought Stress Less, Accomplish More because I had used the meditation before rehearsals last week and noticed that I was less nervous and able to really play like I wanted to. Petrouchka, Háry János, Kikimora, and Firebird were actually fun to play tonight!! This is life-altering! THANK YOU, EMILY!!! I am still reading the book and can’t wait to start doing more. Truly amazing.

I did the 15 days program and I am really thankful to Emily for this! I have been struggeling with meditation for several years, I know it is good for me but I thought I was not doing it good enough and therefore I did not do it with a purpose and regularly. But now I am doing it!! It fels so great!! I am now up to 2,5 months! I am sleep much better and the most amazing is the manifesting where I have received result. How cool is not that! Also, Emily, I am still amazed that you got me to fulfil this practise! I even watch the videos in the newsletters and I just like you so much and am so thankful to you!

What an amazing experience having Emily with us in San Diego for a 4-day training. Her unique style enables even skeptics to want to settle their mind and create calm in the midst of chaos. Having sort of "meditated" for years, this is the first time I've been able to be consistent with two sittings as I've let go of perfection and self-judgment related to my practice. I’m just getting started with Ziva Online and can already tell the shift in my fatigue in less than one week. I have a very stressful and demanding job in healthcare and often at the end of the day I do not have energy to do anything. I suffer from insomnia when I’m stressed as well. Since starting, I have been able to sleep better and have increased energy.

It was absolutely useless.. and it's sooo expensive for what it offers.. After I took the course, I was sure that I must be overlooking something because genuinely what was being offered was so basic.. I meditate regularly, so I assumed that at that price of $350 it would be offering something unique.. I've paid much less for meditations that were 100% more effective and beneficial.. I have paid for one meditation that was probably similar in price but what was being offered was truly groundbreaking.. So when I felt that this meditation was completely useless, I requested for a refund or at least not to have to pay the final installments, but by then the 30 days had passed.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST ZIVA MEDITATION. and if anyone is interested, I could recommend other ones much more enlightening and effective at a fraction of the price..

Ziva has changed my life for the good! When my husband and I first moved to NYC 4 years ago we only knew that meditation was good for you but we didn't know anything about it. We met Emily through the AMAW studio and took her online meditation course and Our life was changed from then on out. Meditation nine only help me with my migraines but also my marriage and my well-being. I a million percent recommend Ziva meditation to anyone and everyone! The best thing about it is you always can make the time for yourself. It's the millennial busy person type of meditation. And it's easy to make it non-negotiable. We love it thank you Emily and the Ziva team!

so far i am doing the healing meditation that came with Emily's book. these courses are a precursor to her up coming book out in February 2019. i think i am sleeping better. i sm hoping she has a more generalized healing meditation. i also like the alternate nose breathing. my sons friend is visiting. a stressy young fellow. his watch said he was stressed to the max. we did the breathing and it came back to resting. so, this is good for me. the stress queen.
