I have learned so much more from falling down than I've ever learned by getting a posture just right. We all make mistakes. It's not that big of a deal. Don't get rattled by it. Just get up and try again.

This is a studio that I've only been to for one weekend immersion. My experience at South Mountain Yoga was something I'm sure all of the community feel on the regular....respected & nurtured. I am a studio owner as well so I am aware of the work it can be to uphold a truthful and open space for all. You'll find yourself safe here awarded with laughter & generosity. This space & it's community are the real deal. I can't wait to go back!

This place is fantastic. I took two excellent classes from Emma Magenta this past weekend; she is an engaging, smart, and fun teacher, and the space is beautiful. Dude at the front desk is awesome, too.
