Club Pilates Waterford Lakes

I joined Waterford Lakes Club pilates last July. The atmosphere is friendly and fun. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. All the employees are friendly and know clients names. They offer a free demo class for you to try before you buy. There are various package deals or a pay as you go/walk in option. The customers range from super fit athletic types to the aging granny who wants to keep moving. Everyone is welcome here. I am a cancer survivor and wanted to get back into fitness after having several major surgeries. I was so weak that I could not sit up by myself. I could not complete a single set of any of the exercises. I was a bit apprehensive to start with, but the instructors were not daunted at all. I signed up for twice a week classes. They worked with me, letting me know that getting back into shape is a journey. After two months of Pilates, I felt stronger, calmer, more able. I am definitely addicted! I joined the unlimited package. I’ve gained almost all my flexibility back and I’m working on my strength. Let me say, the first time I actually held a plank, my instructor that day, Naiza, cheered louder than me. This is my new happy place.

This place is amazing! I love the pilates instructors, rutine, and the best is the price. I got the unlimited package and for the quality of the service is very worth it. I highly recommend Club Pilates at Waterford Lakes.!

Took the demo class with Naiza and it was great! Working out without a buddy can be very intimidating but in this setting, it wasn't at all! I had fun, felt relaxed and burned a few calories. I'm a stay at home mom so pilates cost, on one income, is a bit hefty but I am literally looking to take up a part time job to cover the expense because I enjoyed it that much!!

Tomorrow is 2 months going to this studio! I absolutely love it! Everyone is super nice and the location is very clean and well kept. During the class, whether it's a couple people or maxed out, the instructors are all so good at communicating and explaining each workout. They will even come up to you and help if you need it. After not doing pilates for 9/10 years, I was able to jump back in and I'm so glad I did! The workouts are great and I'm always looking forward to the next class.

Loved my first class! A great workout, with skillful cueing. I've tried other Pilates studios in Orlando, and I highly recommend Club Pilates. It's a beautiful facility with enthusiastic staff, and it's an excellent value.

Studio was well equipped and in a convenient location. The instructors were friendly and welcoming and they made me feel comfortable even though it was my first time trying Pilates. I loved the core exercises and resistance springs. Left feeling accomplished, toned, and flexy (flexible + sexy)! Thank you Heath and staff.
