Yoga Studio

I have been coming to the studio since it opened. It has been a great pleasure to see it growing. Simply the best, not much else to add!

As a new comer to yoga in general, the RIYC community and staff has been very welcoming! It is my place to come relax and unwind. I get to escape all my stress while I am here. As someone who tends to get dizzy easily, I have never been overwhelmed by the heat and actually enjoy it much more than just regular yoga. I am currently participating in and loving the 40 days program, and look forward to participating in other programs in the future! My only regret is that I did not discover RIYC earlier!

not only knowledgeable, but quite adept at passing their knowledge along to anyone willing to try something new. While every instructor has variations of their own to the work out, all excel at getting students to relax and focus on the workout phasing out life distractions outside the studio. RIYC hot room yoga acts as an excellent outlet to decompress and focus on well being.

I absolutely love this studio. I first came when a friend held a fundraising class, shortly after that the acro yoga workshops and candlelight yin yoga caught my attention. I also love the teaching staff, they are a good mix of humorous, spiritual, and spunky. This is a great example of a studio that has an option for practitioners of all skill levels and backgrounds.

The people are friendly and open, the practice was fantastic, the heat of the room was perfect and all-around great experience! I can't wait to go back.
