barre3 Physical Fitness Pilates Willow Glen

This review is long overdue. The first time I took a barre3 class I was so nervous and intimidated then I met Jaime and Ilene. They were so personable and friendly and convinced me I could do more than I ever thought I could. I was not one to stick to any certain kind of workout because I would get bored or worse injured and then give up. Barre3 has been my saving grace. Never a dull moment in class and their emphasis on form and modifications are what keep me injury free and motivated to keep going. I just finished my first Barre3 challenge and even when I thought I couldn't make it through the instructors were there to cheer me on. I have found my place and Coppell is so lucky to have a barre3 studio with an amazing group of ladies there to help you every step of the way.

My friend told me about this studio. I really needed a flexible schedule and encouraging instructors. Both are offered here. Kiki was my first instructor, she was very encouraging and challenging. I went the next day because I was sore (in a great way) from the day before. Erin was my next instructor, she made it a point to remember my name and seek me out to encourage me. This studio is amazing!! I love how it feels like a small personable place, yet offers so much. I highly recommend!!!!❤️

I am newish to the area and was looking for a great workout. Barre 3 is unlike any workout I have ever done. I have always been an athlete/athletic but this class kicked my tail!!! It was fantastic for strength and I broke a huge sweat!! The teachers are very attentive and do a wonderful job offering modifications. I love that it is a total body workout and safe enough to do everyday. It also helps break up any normal routine workout and my runs, on days I can't make it, are much easier.

Barre3 has allowed me to build muscle and truly get in shape despite the the fact that I have severe arthritis in my knees and am limited to specific movement. When I first started the owners and instructors took the time to make sure my needs were being met. I highly recommend Barre3 to anyone no matter age or fitness level!

Love the staff here -- and even though I am not in the best of shape -- they are encouraging, and don't make you feel embarrassed. We moved, but I still have a few more classes... and I WILL be back

LOVE it, addicted and so excited to become a part of this barre3 community! The staff and the teachers are some of the warmest people on earth so you don't even feel like your body is experiencing the torture or "the burn" as they like to call it.
