Stability Pilates and Physical Therapy

Took my first class at the Plano studio this week and LOVED it!! Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming! I had the great fortune of having Jenn for my instructor!! She is fantastic!! Very knowledgeable and so encouraging! The studio itself is absolutely beautiful!! I have certainly missed Barre3 in my life and can't wait to go to my next class!

Excellent studio that is very well run and organized. The owner is gracious and kind. One of the instructors, Alison, is amazing! She is very knowledgeable with technique, choreography, and modifications for those who have injuries. I highly recommend this barre studio. You won't be disappointed!!

This is an exhilarating workout. It is my favorite type of workout by far. It really kicks in the endorphins. All of the instructors are awesome and hands on. I'm so happy I finally tried out this studio. I was a gymnast so it really ties in to the types of strength training I used to do. Love it and give it 2 thumbs up!! If you are thinking about trying it... just do it. You will not regret it!
