I had the opportunity to check out the studio during open house day yesterday, and was highly impressed. Impressed not only with the equipment that once would scare me, (because I wouldn’t know what exactly to do with it)...but the education, history and instructions that were given to me... along with demonstration. Along w being felt at ease with Svetlanas engaging personality, I was also surprised by the variety of classes available. My partner and I will look very much forward to returning for some more beneficial fun and body strengthening. �

As a physical therapist I am always looking for skilled instructors of fitness classes. Not only is Pilates one of my favorite types of exercise for my patients and for people coming off an injury, but Svetlana is fantastic at teaching and ensuring her clients are safe and exercising with proper technique. This is what makes Allegro a great place to get a great work out and prevent injury.

I had the opportunity to spend this summer in South Jersey, while there I signed up for fitness classes offered at Allegro Pilates & Dance. I believe this is the BEST studio. Svetlana's instruction was superior! She is kindest caring instructor I have ever had.
