The owner and teachers at rock yoga are the perfect combination of aware and thoughtful without being too fluffy. I strongly disliked hot yoga until I started here. Supportive community and genuinely good people. Check it out.

I'm new to yoga. My husband started taking Hot yoga classes a couple of years ago and was hooked. It improved his health, his body and relieved stress.

I am new to this community of like minded souls and oh, so impressed. I have been welcomed with open arms by the loving staff and students alike. The space itself is peaceful, beautiful and calming. The staff is incredibly knowledge, helpful and kind. I love that all classes are challenging but accessible for all levels. It would be hard to pick a favorite class here because I really love them all, and there is such a great selection. I just love Rock Yoga. I highly recommend stopping by and dropping in a for a hot 50 and an all around good time!

I've been going to NP Rock for 2+ years and it's changed my life! The Hot yoga there is a challenging workout, but also very flexible so the beginner, as well as the advanced yogi, will succeed. The teachers are amazing. They are true experts, and guide students to fine-tune their poses and offer beautiful wisdom throughout each class. I always leave refreshed, invigorated and joyful. The studio is immaculate and has beautiful energy, and the people who practice there are a wonderful community, many of whom have become my close friends. I wholeheartedly recommend NP Rock!

And the hot yoga is a game changer for me, my top choice of self care! THANK YOU for all you guys do and for holding this beautiful space for all of us!!!

I took my first yoga class ever on Saturday and I'm not sure if I fell more in love with yoga or with the instructor… She was amazing! She said there's no burden you've been carrying for the past 20 years that deserved more attention then just breathing in and breathing out for the next hour. Best "therapy" ever! I'll refer everyone to NP rock yoga!
