MBSR is a life-changing course and I’ve taken it twice, on-line and in person. Rebecca Eldridge’s teaching of MBSR - her voice, clear communication style, and knowledge- resonates with me and is my “go to” recorded meditation.

I enrolled in the online 8 week MBSR course. What a great introduction to Mindfulness! I especially appreciated the all day retreat where we practiced mindful breathing, body scan, mountain meditation, loving kindness, mindful eating, mindful walking, and mindful yoga. My instructor, Patti, was supportive and knowledgeable. Thank you for this great experience.

It change my life and rewired my brain. I don't care about things that used to bother me. I care about things I never knew I had until now. Mindfulness prepares me when moving forward into the world. My brain now anticipates ahead of time what I am doing and gently leads me in a better direction. Mindfulness grows the brain and makes you healthier. Life is more simple for me.

The Center offers community meditation on Monday nights at 7 pm. After attending these sessions, I'm able to say I'm very pleased to have this resource in our town.
