I have been seeing Scott and Kim for over 2 years now and I’ve got to say this is the best I’ve ever felt… and I’m sure that is no co-incidence. Needless to say, I’m a BIG fan! They are incredibility knowledgeable and their auyrvedic approach has taught me things that I will use for my health for the rest of my life.

Thank you Kim and Scott for making me feel like myself again! I have suffered from anxiety for a while now and tried everything and everyone to get rid of it until I found these guys, now I don't have anxiety anymore (which I was told wasn't possible) and feel great. I look back now at how far I have come and feel so grateful to have found these two. The treatments and herbs are the best I have ever had. Kim has a very special touch with her yoga and breathing techniques, I have never met anyone as good as her at what she does. Scott's knowledge of Ayurveda is of the highest standard and the proof is in the results that I have received by following his recommendations. Please go see Scott and Kim! I had extreme anxiety, to the point of not leaving the house most days. I had tried everything, expensive supplements, raw foods, smoothies and coconut everything ?, all the health trends that are being pushed in today's culture. After a few months of implementing the lifestyle changes Scott suggested and the breathing exercises given to me by Kim, I am finally feeling like I am living my life authenticity, not crippled by fear and painic. I did find it hard to let go of all the misinformation I had taken on regarding healthy vrs non healthy foods, but when I finally surrendered to the changes I instantly felt better. My eyes a clearer and weirdly the colour is even changing! I wondered into this Centre over a year ago, not really knowing what I wanted but knew I was not well and needed help. I later found out I had MDS which is a blood cancer where the red blood cells don't form properly. I was under Scotts care and instantly felt relaxed and cared for. I changed my diet and implemented treatments and tonics. I had to have 2 blood transfusions from my Hemotologist specialist at the beginning, then gradually every blood test got better and better. Through the year I also started practicising Kim's yoga which just completed the whole package. I now have normal blood readings and one doctor said to me "well I guess we put it down to an act of God". How can I show my appreciation to this special, beautiful couple who I trust explicitly.
