The Original Hot Yoga in the West of Melbourne! Bikram Yoga is a precise series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, practiced for 90 minutes in a room heated to approximately 39 degrees C with 40% humidity. The Bikram Yoga series is designed to create optimal physical and emotional health and is suitable for students of all ages, abilities and states of health. The practice is accessible to those people who have never practiced yoga before, and still strong enough to challenge even a seasoned athlete. Many people who practice Bikram Yoga regularly report that they experience health and well-being benefits.

We have recently also launched our brand new Sculpt Pilates classes. A perfect complement to the Bikram Yoga series, this is a full 60 minute workout in 32-34 degree celsius, designed to work your entire body. This High Intensity Interval Training workout is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
