About Power Living Yoga Studio
Founded in 2004 by Duncan Peak, Power Living Australia Yoga (P.L.A.Y.) now has studios in NSW (Manly, Neutral Bay, Bondi Beach,), VIC (Fitzroy), SA (Adelaide), WA (North Perth and Myaree) and NZ (Wellington). Along with a world-class teacher training arm, we offer a modern day physical and philosophical yoga practice.
- The studios encompass three main styles of practice which are powerful and accessible - Power Vinyasa, Align and Revive/Yin.
- Our retreats have evolved to weeklong programs in Byron Bay, Govinda Valley, Bali and Sri Lanka - offering students the chance for powerful growth and transformation.
- P.L.A.Y teacher training provides 200hr and 500hr pathways. We cover anatomy, asana and assisting. There is an introduction to philosophy and meditation plus practical teaching experience.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A RETREAT?
Shared with the 200hr teacher trainees, this is a week that will challenge your mind, body and spirit. Youâ€™ll learn new techniques and skills to improve your physical asana and meditation practice. Youâ€™re part of a community of truth seekers (Satsang). Youâ€™ll make friends, journey together, laugh and love.
A full immersion program, the daily schedule includes meditation, yoga practices including Vinyasa and Yin, and group sessions to uncover limiting beliefs and inspiring community activities. Youâ€™ll have free time to soak up the local energy, swim, read and relax with massages during your daily breaks. Youâ€™ll also undergo a gentle cleanse with amazing vegetarian food that can be combined to suit all body types.Our promise is youâ€™ll leave the week feeling strong, inspired and with a renewed passion for life.
