WELCOME TO THE PILATES & SPINE STUDIO The Pilates & Spine Studio Sabine Kamper , from September 2015 new at Hugo Wolfstraße 59, 8642 St. Lorenzen in the Mürztal (in the fitness world of St. Lorenzen ), is a modern studio, which teaches according to the method of THE PILATES STANDARD. The PILATES STANDARD core idea is: PROGRESS BY MOTION - MOTION HEALTH. Pilates is a movement-oriented whole body training based, among other things, on flowing movements and work from the center. The goal is to encourage the participants to follow each other consciously and with joy through appropriate instructions, according to their performance standards. The training programs build on the continuous development and integrative work of the classic Pilates method according to JH Pilates and the adaptation of these to modern needs of the participants. For beginners and advanced, we offer Pilates Matt Training and special Pilates for Back (Pilates for Back), as well as Personal Training for Pilates and Spine. In 1912 he went to England where he earned his money as a professional boxer and circus artist. When the First World War broke out in 1914, Joseph came with other Germans to a camp for hostile foreigners, near Lancaster. Here the Pilatess system was developed. Joseph called his system Contrology . After the war, Joseph returned to Germany and taught the Hamburg military police in self-defense and physical training. In 1925 he was asked to train the New German Army. However, since he did not agree with the political development in Germany, he went to America.
