Our buildings are situated on roughly 100 of our 400 acres and consist of private accommodation buildings and public buildings. Rooms are most often provided on a single person basis. Accommodations vary from single retreat cabins to rooms in a retreat compound. Most of our accommodations have nearby access to toilets and shower, electricity and baseboard heaters, although some of the more remote retreat cabins have no electricity and use propane or wood stoves for heating. The rooms are simply furnished with a bed, desk, and shelves or dressers. The Dharma Centre can accommodate roughly 30 people in single accommodations and 40 if some rooms are shared. BY BUS: Take the bus (Can-Ar Coach) for Fenelon Falls that leaves from Union Station Toronto at 5pm. It arrives in Fenelon Falls at 8pm, Monday to Saturday. For an additional fee of $15.00 one way (or $20.00 both ways) we will pick you up at the bus in Fenelon Falls. Please give us amble notice that you will need a bus pick up. It is possible to be picked up at the Peterborough bus station for those traveling from Ottawa and Toronto. However, it best to make arrangements for this well in advance. There is a bus pick up fee of $20.00 one way or $35.00 both ways. This fee is shared amongst all the individual being picked up.
