But this time is essential, it’s the well-known airplane mask metaphor, you have to put on your mask first before you can help others put on theirs. If you don’t make time for yourself, you won’t be able to bring your best self forward.

You need spaces in between where you can practice self-care and self-reflection, assessing your own personal growth and where you want to direct it.
