Pete Gibson and Brigitte Wrenn are the founders of Bamboo Fitness and are local residents of Crystal Palace. After many years of working in the fitness industry they finally realised their goal of opening a high quality boutique studio closer to home.Since launching the Reformer Pilates studio in July 2013 Bamboo Fitness has gone from strength to strength and now have a second studio running Total Barreâ„¢ and Hot Yoga classes. Both Pete and Brig are passionate about balance and variety in exercise, ensuring clients have a workout that is progressive, fun and interesting. Reformer Pilates, Hot Yoga, Ballet Barre and Barefoot Fitness are all essential ingredients to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.
Hot Yoga is a great way to tone up, improve your flexibility, de-stress, detox and relax.At Bamboo Fitness our studio is heated to approximately 30-35 degrees which will help you relax and stretch more easily. Yoga can be so much more than just a physical workout, whether you want to calm the mind or stretch and strengthen your body there really is a Yoga practice for everyone.
New to Reformer Pilates?
If you’re new to Reformer Pilates your first session to book would either be our Free Orientation session or a private 1-1 session. Its essential that you chose one of these options before booking in for any of the classes. After completing the orientation or a private session its best to start with Beginners Reformer classes or Mat & Reformer Combo classes.
