At Yoga Hero, we put a focus on feeling fit and fabulous through yoga.

We really believe yoga is one of the best things you can do for your body and mind; as such we run classes for beginners to boffins, regular beginners and improvers workshops as well as ‘Introduction to Yoga courses’.

All of our yoga classes are drop in, there’s no need to book. We provide all equipment, but we don’t mind if you want to bring your own! Take a look at our timetable .

Yoga Hero offers ‘workplace wellness’ – yoga in the workplace. The yoga sessions can be any time of day, on site at your workplace. We’ll work with you to find a suitable space, and we’ll bring all equipment to you, just bring yourself!

The benefits of workplace yoga include:

• Decreased stress levels
• Release physical tension, brought on by office work
• Improved posture
• Increased efficiency and productivity
• Increased energy

We offer a free taster session so you and your colleagues can try out the style of yoga without any up front commitment. If you want to go ahead, we suggest a minimum of six classes. Each class costs around £6.50 per person, but we’re happy to discuss the cost against length of booking and number of attendees.

Yoga in the Workplace

Workplace Yoga can also be an employee benefit; on-site yoga sessions for employees to attend at will. A Yoga Hero wellness scheme can also expand to include classes at the Yoga Hero studio, and around Leeds, so there are lots of options.
