Dancer, teacher of Kundalini Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Postnatal Stretch Yoga Gasquet and dance / improvised singing, he teaches in Paris since 2007. Affiliated with the French Federation of Kundalini Yoga, he was trained first by Karta Singh graduated from the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI). Then the study of body alignment grows to form the Gasquet Bernadette Institute of Prenatal Yoga / Stretch Yoga and Posnatal (or Yoga for All) to refine his knowledge of biomechanics. He participated as a model, the last 2 books Bernadette De Gasquet. In 2002, in Paris, Sébastien discovers Yoga and soon comes the ambition to teach. The practice of Yoga was offered access to the well-being and increased confidence in its creative potential. It transmits in his lectures that he himself found in yoga: Listening, body, breath, rhythm, movement of life and its environment. Yoga is for him a valuable tool to anchor and live well every day. Sébastien offers yoga classes available to everyone, for everyone experiences this practice according to their possibilities and takes full advantage of its benefits.
Hot Yoga is a practice of Vinyasa Yoga in a room heated to 30-35 degrees promoting the release of physical tension and sweating.This helps to eliminate toxins from your body, and the relaxation of your movement in the postures.Hot Yoga is an exercise for the mind as for the body.
