Studio Pilates 15 was created by Elizabeth (Lisa) Pantelidou PMA - CPT, who was born and raised in Kifissia.He studied law at the University of Friborg in Switzerland. At the same time she was engaged in gymnastics and dancing. She returned to Greece to practice law and created her family consisting of three children. At one point, she started to have problems with her spine because of her scoliosis presented and this was the trigger in 2004 to discover the Pilates. She helped her all over her body, her physical condition and made her spine more healthy by mitigating her problem.

Excited by this method of combining perfect alignment, control, strength and flexibility, she decided to study it thoroughly and professionally with her teaching in 2013. She completed her training with the Comprehensive Pilates Instructor where she received it from Balanced Body University. Her thirst for knowledge has made her attend seminars of well-known and recognized educational organizations to restore strengths, knees, shoulders, spine, osteoporosis, pregnancy, breast cancer .. and many more with top teachers s method in Greece but also in international seminars abroad. Pilates continues to inspire her and tries to incorporate her principles every day into her practice as well as her life. Her personal goal is to inspire men and women, to love their bodies and to change their everyday lives.
