Ayurveda & Panchakarma
In sanskrit, health is termed as “Swastha”. “Swa” means “my purest self” and “stha” means “connected”. According to this definition, disease is a condition of being disconnected with your own self.
Our rapidly evolving lifestyle makes us highly disconnected with our own self due to the increasing presence of smart phones, television, social media, processed/junk food and stress in our lives. Technology prompts us to invest most of our energy to connect with the outside world and least with our own self. The more we are disconnected with ourselves, the more severe the disease.
The understanding of Doshas(imbalance), Nadi (pulse) and Prakriti (nature of the person) of the individual helps to formulate customised treatments for healing. The Panchakarma and Ayurveda treatments are suggested based on the classical Ayurveda treatises. We have a dedicated team of Ayurvedic physicians with over 40 years of experience taking care of the over all well being of our guests.
