Alessandro Dalley, always inserted in the world of sports and fitness, in 2001 begins to practice the Pilates method, the original one.Passionately and realizing immediately the greatness and uniqueness of the method devised by Joseph H. Pilates she decided to become a teacher.In early 2004, he leaves for San Paolo (Brazil) to start her training process at Studio Pilates Brasil directed and coordinated by Inelia Garcia, director of the Center.

Studies and is formed as a direct student of Roman Kryzanowska and daughter Sari Mejia Santo.In the fall of 2005, after two years of experience in Brazil, concluded their training and certified, returned to Italy and started working at The Art of Pilates, the only studio of Milan at the time recognized by the New York school .

Working with passion and dedication as always, thanks to the experience and the continual and constant professional development, together with practice in the training of future teachers, in 2009, it is granted the LEVEL 4 directly from the school in New York, as a teacher trainer.In July 2012 decided to open his own calling PROJECT Pilates Studio to continue spreading the original method in close collaboration with the New York school.

The Pilates method is a point of fusion among the guiding principles of oriental disciplines (harmony and slow implementation of the movements) and modern scientific developments in the field of Western body rehabilitation , fitness, gymnastics proprioceptive and that posture . Pilates is a holistic exercise, whose aim is to work in each period, the set of mind and body . Pilates teaches you to move in harmony and balance , accompanying the movement with inhalations and exhalations smooth and complete, with the result of reducing energy expenditure. The Pilates method, through a proprioceptive approach, allows a genuine neuro-muscular reprogramming in order to obtain, both in static and in dynamic, a movement more harmonious, fluid, effective and with minimal energy expenditure.
