The White Lotus Studio in Cape town offers group mat Pilates classes and private sessions with a STOTT and BASI certified instructor. Group mat classes and private (reformer) sessions are offered to all levels for fitness and rehabilitation.This Pilates technique focuses on the needs of the individual, be it for fitness, posture, pre- and post natal requirements, athletic performance or rehabilitation.

Welcome to The White Lotus studio! Currently we have Kundalini Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga on offer at 79 Kloof street, Cape Town. Please click here for our timetable and contact all teachers directly to book a class.The light filled studio is located on the lower ground floor of The White Lotus Wellness Centre. As you enter the courtyard, note the signage to your immediate left and follow the steps down to the entry gate and ring the bell to gain access.Kindly contact the relevant yoga instructor directly to book your space in a class. Please note that space is limited, therefore booking is essential. Private sessions are also available on request.
