Our Surf and Yoga Holidays in the province of Cadiz Spain combine two amazing activities. Your Surfing lessons are given by professionals who will guide you into the exciting world of surfing whilst our Yoga teachers will help you to relax and feel invigorated. You can choose between the two very different styles of Yoga. Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. 5 Day Surf Course in Conil de la Frontera Our five day Surf courses in Conil de la Frontera are for absolute beginners and intermediate surfers.

Hatha Yoga Lessons Conil de la Frontera Hatha Yoga is taught in the classes but each lesson is tailored to the student’s needs and level. Your Hatha Yoga instructor and will focus your practice on stretching out the muscles used most in surfing using a combination of yoga poses to increase your strength, flexibility, balance and concentration.
You’ll also work on breathing techniques for true relaxation Ashtanga Yoga - Mysore Yoga Lessons Conil de la Frontera The Mysore style of yoga Asana practice is a particular way of teaching Yoga within Ashtanga Yoga tradition as taught by your Ashtanga Yoga teacher Curro. There are some differences in this method from the usual modern way in which yoga is taught: the class is not led as a whole but rather all instruction is one-on-one within the group class setting students practice their own portion of the Ashtanga sequence of asanas at their own pace your Ashtanga Yoga teacher Curro assists each student individually by giving physical adjustments & verbal instruction.
Curro will give each of his students their yoga routine according to their ability. Newer and beginner students tend to have a much shorter practice than do those with more experience. As one gains more strength, stamina, flexibility and concentration, additional asanas are given to the student.
Our beautiful villa accommodation is located in the small surfing village of El Palmar. El Palmar is a small rural village and is host to one of the best waves in the Cadiz area. These beautiful little houses are absolutely ideal for couples, family’s and groups of friends. Our El Palmar Villa accommodation consists of eight beautiful self catering villas with a swimming pool, out door dining areas, garden barbeques and much more. Our El Palmar villas are ideally suited to groups, families and singles who choose a surf camp, yoga holiday or activity holidays here in Spain. Fully furnished and decorated typically Andalus.These little houses give you a true taste of Spanish life- style. Whilst maintaining all the comforts you may be used to at home. Also equipped with an open wood fire, guarantees you warmth and atmosphere after a day in the sea. The houses are self catered and are fully equipped with all cooking utensils (cookers,microwaves,fridges etc.). All houses have washing machines, television’s and all other amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
By air. There are four major international airports within easy reach of our Surf Camp resort town of Conil de la Frontera. The airports in order of proximity are as follows: Jerez de la Frontera (XRY) Seville (SVQ) Gibraltar (GIB) Malaga (AGP) The public transport infrastructure is very good here in Andalusia therefore getting from the airport to Conil de la Frontera should be quite easy. Onward Journeys By Train From Jerez de la Frontera Airport Arriving into Jerez de la Frontera airport you can catch a train direct to Cadiz. Once you have arrived in Cadiz you can then catch a bus directly to Conil de la Frontera. Once in Conil a representative from Oceano Surf Camps will meet you at the bus station in Conil de la Frontera. Arriving into Jerez Airport from London Stansted the train is at 11.44am and the flight arrives at 11.40am. You are not going to have time to catch the train to Cadiz. Therefore we recommend that you catch the bus to Conil. By Train From Seville Airport Arriving into the airport at Seville you can catch a bus directly outside the arrivals hall to the main train station Sevilla Santa Justa. Once here you can catch a train from Sevilla Santa Justa to Cadiz. On arrival in Cadiz walk right across to the bus station where you can catch the bus directly to Conil de la Frontera. Gibraltar Airport Once you have arrived in Gibraltar Airport, our suggestion would be to rent a hire car across the border in Spain. If you do not wish to hire a car then catch a bus to Algeciras and then transfer to a bus that will take you to Conil de la Frontera. Malaga Airport Malaga Airport out all the four airports is the furthest away from Conil de la Frontera. Rental Cars are readily available and not expensive in Malaga and due to the excellent roads that link up Malaga and Conil the drive time is around 2hrs and 15mins. Malaga Airport to Conil by bus. On leaving the terminal building in Malaga Airport head for the train stop. Here you can catch a train to Malaga Renfe (the main train station in the city centre). Once you get to Malaga Train Station right next door is the bus station, from here you can catch a bus to Conil de la Frontera.
