Everyone can practice yoga if one has the deep desire to lead a healthier and more complete life. To understand what yoga is, it is necessary to experience it ourselves. It is for this purpose that we practice exercises of breathing and relaxation, as well as postures allowing to relax the joints And tone up the muscles. Over time, anyone who practices consistently becomes aware of subtle changes in his approach to life. For, toning and relaxing the body regularly, and soothing the mind, you will begin to feel the inner peace that is your true nature. This is the essence of yoga; This self-realization to which we all evolve gradually. If you manage to fully control your mind and thoughts, there will be no limit in you; Because it is the illusions and the prejudices that block us and prevent us from realizing ourselves.
