FLEX Studios was founded in 2012 by Jeanette Simon to change the way people thought about their workout. The goal was simple- offer three types of small group workouts, in one beautiful location and make them hard! FLEX Studios now offers, on average, 15 small group classes a day of Pilates, Barre, TRX & combination classes that incorporate all three methods in a space that you will want to call your new home in boutique fitness. The classes are fast-paced, form-focused, full-body workouts led by top notch, highly trained, & qualified instructors.
ABOUT THE FLEXFORMER
The FLEXformer is a sleek , modern machine that was designed exclusively for FLEX Studios to combines two of the most effective pieces of Pilates equipment, the Reformer and the Pilates Chair. Co-designed with the Villency Design Group, the FLEXformer presents a unique hybrid of chair and reformer Pilates methods, blending strength training and cardio for a full-body workout. You can expect quick, seamless transitions, a silent carriage and extra options for varying levels of resistance to make the moves more challenging, ultimately targeting the muscles more deeply for a greater burn.
FlexPilates takes the reformer workout to a whole new level. Our 55 minute signature class combines Pilates with strength training and high energy music that will keep your heart pumping throughout. Our method allows for more exercise options and quicker transitions, ensuring you will make the absolute most of every minute. Expect an intense fast-paced total body workout that will not only sculpt & tone long lean muscles, but will improve endurance, stamina, balance, alignment and of course core strength. With a strong emphasis on form and always led by certified & experienced instructors, FlexPilates is a workout for both your body and your mind.
