Highlands Resorts At Virde Ridge Reviews
This is absolutely my favorite yoga studio I have ever been to and I’ve definitely tried a lot. I even drive 45 mins out of my way just to attend these classes because they are so much better then any other studios near me. All the classes are unique, but very good. I can’t say more about the instructors, they are so welcoming and personal, no matter what level you are at with your practice, you feel very welcomed and accepted. You instantly can notice how knowledgeable the instructors are, especially Jonathan, his class was my favorite yoga class of all time, he’s very personal and helpful. I can’t say more about his teachings, it’s just wonderful. I would recommend to anyone, and everyone! Glad I found this little gem.
Best yoga, Pilates, and other classes I’ve ever taken! The passionate, kind, and knowledgeable teachers teach techniques for both the mind and the body. I’ve never felt such deep stretches or worked some tiny muscles aren’t targeted in other fitness classes. I love how the teachers adjust our posture and teach us proper alignment. The supportive environment gives me a sense of belonging despite my complete lack of flexibility and coordination when I first started. I am so grateful that teachers effectively modified moves for shoulder injury, back/knee pain, etc. Using props to provide additional support really helped me.
I love this place. The owner, the instructors, the space, the little sculptures in every corner and the participants, altogether a welcoming community. One of the top best things I found in North Austin. BTW, the tea is a must after each yoga session! Wishing Yoga Tree all the best!
I've been going to Austin Yoga Tree ever since it opened. It's a wonderful studio, with great instructors and a warm and inviting atmosphere. Since I've taken Johnathan's Iyengar class, my body feels so much better. It's all about proper alignment in the poses. I'm also excited about the Pilates class that has recently been added; the instructor is great. If you're looking for a yoga studio that has several different types of Yoga, where the ambiance is warm and friendly, please come to Austin Yoga Tree. You won't be sorry!!
