GENERAL PROGRAM

Join us every week for these precious classes that present Buddha's teachings according to the modern presentation of the New Kadampa Tradition.  The General Program is open to everyone, and is designed to be a drop in class to explore Dharma in a practical way.  Classes are in person at the Colab in Grandin.  If you are unable to attend, you can receive the class online.

FOUNDATION PROGRAM

Looking to go deeper into Dharma?  Foundation Program provides and opportunity to study our precious Dharma texts in more detail.  This is a ongoing weekly class where we study a single text over the course of several months.  Some experience of General Program is recommended before starting this program.

(PUJAS)

Making prayers is a very important part of our Dharma practice.  These formal prayers are designed to give us an opportunity to come together as a community and experience these beautiful methods to bring real peace into our busy daily life.  Different prayers are available via livestream.  See the calendar for a schedule of our prayers.
