Lotus Hatha Yoga founded by Krishna Kumari. She has been associating with Isha foundation since 2007 as a Volunteer. She worked as an IT Professional for 8 Years and found her passion on yoga. She trained and certified as a Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher under the the guidance of Sadhguru,Isha foundation, Coimbatore, India in 2014. Teaching Isha hatha yoga as a full time since then(8+ years).
