Isha Yoga

Today, we visited Isha , it was amazing , must visit every one, must take bath , it was so nice. Thanks a lot to the creator. Good maintanence, they are not wasting anything , craft work and all superb, good hospitality by volunteers, very peaceful feeling, ,,, again I will visit. thanks for everything.

Isha Foundation is not simply an institution for spirituality Isha is a gateway to the whole Divinity Sadhguru ji is unfathomable as a Master Through Isha one is lead to Oneself being held like a child... in the lap of Sadhguru ji explaining the unexplainable to us in the most simplistic way🙏🏻🌹

I would urge everyone to experience the process of inner engineering. If I will share my experience it may not solve any purpose to you as each and everyone may feel differently and may have different experience. it is something to experience and yes your life would not be the same as before after attending the process for sure. I feel I am blessed to have this experience

Isha Foundation's, Isha yoga centre in itself is a blissful place beaming with energy and joy of a very beautiful kind. This experience sharing in specific is about the inner engineering program they organised in Chennai hosting around 10000 participants! listening to Sadhguru, the Shambavi Mahamudra Initiation by him was a subtle yet very powerful process. An experience that everyone should get a chance to go through. Something that was also phenomenal was the way this huge crowd was managed- timings maintained to dot, event details shared on time even prior to the event, updates and reminders sent often, the most delicious food being arranged and served for all- everyone would be done with their meals within 30-45 mins without hurrying up. The toilets were so clean (inspite of being used by so many) absolutely no littering and mess around, traffic was taken care off so well and instructions for using different transport so clear- all of this put together by a group of ""Isha Volunteers"" is a great management lesson in itself. Inner Engineering program at AMJ college has been an amazing experience overall. It wasn't just about engineering oneself towards a blissful, joyful life but even beyond- touching upon aspects like social, economical responsibilities and responsibility towards our environment! Bonus: Sounds of Isha, their in-house music band has magic in their voice and hands. Thank you for this experience Isha Foundation !!
