Aarsha Yoga Vidya Peetham

Aarsha Yoga Vidya Peetham was established in 2003 and has been running the yoga teacher training course since 2008. Arasha Yoga Vidya Peetham is currently running two intensive one month teacher training programs. ie; 200 Hour Yoga Teacher training course and 300 Hour Yoga teacher training course. Both the Yoga teacher training courses have been internationally accredited by Yoga Alliance USA. These teacher training courses are handled byn masters who have more than 10 years of teaching experience. Our training includes Hatha yoga practices, meditation, philosophy, ayurveda etc. We have been sharing and want to share this ancient yogic wisdom, the science of all sciences to every sincere seeker. Our school has transformed students into inspired teachers through the realization of previously hidden talents and the encouragement to develop their own unique style of teaching.
