I have completed a year of online classes with Vidyadhar. Have found him to be very knowledgeable, patient and a great teacher. Practicing yoga under him has made a major impact on my overall health, strength and balance. I would highly recommend him as a teacher to anyone who is interested in learning/practicing yoga at any level.

I have joined Spandayog in July and I am very happy with overall experience. Place is very calm, airy, neat and clean - perfect to practice Yoga. Even though in group, Vidyadhar sir instructs individually considering his/her strength and health issues. I personally benefiting and already feeling difference considering my back problem. Also outdoor yoga sessions are fantastic and rejuvenating. Definitely looking forward for a long term association and recommend it to everyone who wants to add Yoga in their daily life.

I have joined for prenatal yoga classes which also includes meditation, chanting of Gita verses and other Vedic chants and Pranayam. My instructor, Snehal is simply excellent! Vidyadharji and his wife who owns the place has taken such a beautiful space for Yoga class. The flooring is wooden, the room is East-West facing and very neat and clean. There's also washroom facility and drinking water facility for practicioners. The instructors are very friendly and gives personal attention to your health issues and recommends variations in the yogasanas. The ratesa also reasonable. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to learn Yoga.

I had joined Spandayog in July 2019 when someone suggested to me that I could cure my back pain with Yoga. Prior to joining Spandayog, I used to go for regular Physiotherapy sessions twice a week and each session would cost me minimum Rs 500/- At Spandayog, not only have I gotten rid of my back pain, my body has become stronger and more flexible, my digestion has improved, my focus at work has improved remarkably, my stress level has gone down, I have achieved all my goals - even the ones which looked extremely difficult. I have a greater sense of clarity and calm now, and I feel motivated to work towards my dreams. My Yoga guru Vidyadhar Sir is a great mentor who knows exactly what each one of us needs. He knows when to push you to your limits and when to say stop. He gives personal attention to each one in the sessions. To be trained under his supervision is one of the greatest blessings of my life. The place has a peaceful vibe. The interior soothes your heart. At Spandayog, you get to learn ancient, authentic Yoga. And you don't have any dietary restrictions. If you are reading this review, I believe there is a higher power who has lead you to this. May you find peace in your heart and healing in your soul.

Joined calisthenics and yoga fusion batch started recently in Spandyog. Very good experience so far. Manisha is very experienced and a thorough professional instructor. Recommended for those who need strength training along with flexibility and benefits of yoga.

This will be long one, as I have been a long term member :) I started practicing Yoga at Spandayog 2 years ago. Since day 1 I found the studio, ambiance, teachers, practices and even the fellow members encouraging and in sync with authentic yog abhyas. The asanas we practice here are truly authentic and have long lasting effect. I believe I was able to overcome my PCOD after a regular practice of mere 6 months, which was amazing as no other medication or practice could do that. In addition to regular classes I found the sessions on meditation, jal neti, pranayam, kriya yog extremely helpful. I also took prenatal yoga class under the guidance of Snehal mam which was a wonderful experience. She not only taught us the asanas but also focused on garbh sanskar and shared lot of positive thoughts which is needed during pregnancy. Being a doctor herself, she kept regular check on my health and only suggested practices that were safe for me. With her help, I continued regular yoga practice throughout my pregnancy and I am so happy with the results. Both Vidyadhar sir and Dipti mam are very good teachers and possess thorough knowledge of yoga. They run the studio very well and there is always a positive energy while talking to them. Vidyadhar sir regularly consult with students and ask for genuine feedback. I look forward to continuing my yoga practice at Spandayog!

I have been a part of the Spandayog family for the past 4 months and my experience has been amazing. I was diagnosed with higher than normal blood pressure and that prompted me to learn and practice Yoga. As I started the sessions, I also realised I had extreme stiffness of the lower back. Over the past few months, I have seen a considerable change in my BP readings as well as flexibility. Even though it is a group class, Vidyadhar Sir, makes sure that each one of us is working within our individual limitations and consistently improving at the same time. The one hour class is very well divided to include various yoga practices and there is so much positive energy, one walks out more refreshed and energetic. The meditation sessions by Dipti Maam have been equally invigorating. I would strongly recommend Spandayoga to anyone who wishes to learn and incorporate Yoga into their lives. Believe me, It makes a huge difference !

I will be forever grateful to these guys for improving my health in leaps and bounds.The teachers are dedicated and although the class is full, they have always given personal attention to my needs.They also conduct stress relieving outdoor activities. I am experiencing a transformation from stressful life to a peaceful one by practicing yoga regularly under their guidance. Seeing the positive change in my attitude and health, my family and friends are also taking their classes. I would highly recommend everyone to join Spandayog for living a healthy and a peaceful life.

My yoga journey with Spandayog started during my pregnancy. I took my prenatal yoga sessions with Dipti and she was simply awesome. Prenatal yoga helped me increase my strength, flexibility and most importantly my BREATHING - it was one of the prime reasons I had a smooth, natural birth. Dipti was very supportive throughout my entire pregnancy. It was only because of the training that I could do 150 squats and multiple rounds of 'duck walk' even with contractions. Thank You, Dipti - For being such a nice yoga teacher and a friend. Forever grateful.🙂 After my delivery, I continued learning traditional Hatha Yoga under Vidhyadhar sir. Again, my experience was great. Thank You for teaching us the right way of doing Surya Namaskar and Meditation. The meditation session was pure gold. The focus at Spandayog is about overall well being which is very important. Along with regular classes, there are multiple sessions on Meditation, Pranayama and Outdoor Yoga. Overall, a great place to begin your Yoga journey. I'm a happy, grateful student.🙂

Very happy with my experience at Spandayog. I already see the difference in my fitness level in a short time. The place has a calming effect. Clean, neat, well maintained and professional. I look forward to attending every class and I'm sure of benefitting in the long run.
