Olismo Yoga

Olismo is run by Anna Wikström. Anna started the company with a vision to help others find their "right" path to better wellness and health by sharing her own passion and knowledge. For many years, she has guided individuals and groups both privately and outside companies with good results. Anna works with health development and personal development for individuals and groups through yoga, education and guidance. She loves teaching and finds it a gift to see how people connect with themselves through presence. Her goal as a teacher is to inspire her students to act in their right element. She uses yoga, meditation and reiki healing as tools for her to gain insight and increase her self-awareness in order to make decisions that lead to her true path. What is unique about Anna's classes is that she always places great emphasis on relaxation and recovery. Anna is a trained yoga and meditation teacher, reiki healer and wellness consultant. She also has many other further educations in the field of health and a solid collaboration team available when this is desired, such as conversation therapist, physical therapist, coach, physiotherapist, osteopath, psychologist etc.
