I love working with women and their health, well-being, connection with yoga, pregnancy and childbirth. I am inspired by meeting and guiding those on the yoga mat during all stages of life. My philosophy is that we need a mix of both yin and yang, therefore my focus areas are precisely Hathayoga and Yinyoga as they complement each other. In addition to these two forms of yoga, I have always been fascinated by pregnancy and childbirth and that is what I now work with the most. Every week I meet pregnant women in one way or another through pregnancy yoga classes or via doula calls. After their pregnancy and childbirth, many come back to me via the mother-baby yoga for a nice moment with their baby and to once again start to strengthen their body. When I started yoga myself, I was at a stage where I wanted to get rid of my back and neck pain, I also wanted to become more mobile as I felt stiff despite a young body. I also needed to find tools to manage my stress, to land in my body and become more aware when my thoughts were spinning too much in my head. So when I found yoga, I found home. Yoga for me has therefore never been about performance in being able to do the most advanced positions, but yoga for me is about finding home in myself every day, feeling strong and harmonious in both body and soul. Yoga means a lot to me and is something I cannot live without today. In my classes I am not looking for your performance, you are welcome as you are, experienced or new and I am there to guide you.
