At Enlighten Yoga, we emphasize the importance of the breath – learning to find a balance between inhales and exhales and to connect breath with movement. Using our breath and movement, we learn to control our thoughts – to slow down. We can use our yoga practice to find harmony and balance in dynamic forces. There is a cycle that exists all around us – the cycle of birth, growth, maintenance and destruction/ruin.
