Celebrity trainer Noelle Rox has been sculpting the bodies of California’s most discerning clientele for over 15 years.The former Elite, NCAA Division 1, All Pac-10 gymnast for the University of Arizona and ACE certified personal trainer has extensive training in Pilates and is certified by Power Pilates of NYC, Physical Mind Institute, and the Pilates Center of Boulder. Noelle is a go-to in the industry, known for her expertise and precision as well as her down to earth training style with a lot of heart.

Noelle founded Simpatico Pilates in Santa Barbara in 2000, which quickly earned its place as a destination for toning the core and creating lean muscles. After moving to Los Angeles in 2010, she took on her next business endeavor, NOELLE ROX PILATES, in Pacific Palisades. Following her success with Simpatico, her premier new Palisades studio tripled in size in just two years and is now sought after for her signature Pilates Rox group classes, which are challenging, dynamic and fun, with a true sense of Community.

Noelle is the creator of the three-part Pilates workout DVD series Noelle’s Powerhouse Pilates. Powerhouse sold out on QVC, was a top fitness product on Shop at Home, and ranked in the top 3 on Amazon.com. Noelle was featured on EXTRA as a celebrity trainer and Pilates guru to the stars. Josie Bisset of Melrose Place fame was such fan of Noelle’s workouts that she ended up as a spokesperson and traveled with Noelle promoting her workouts.

Noelle is a certified T’ai Chi instructor and was featured on the PBS television and video series entitled “T’ai Chi in Paradise.” Noelle was also professionally trained with the Hawaii Stunt Association and was a stunt double for Cheryl Ladd.
