Special Offerings
- Yoga with Cats: one Sunday a month at the Kitty Cat Cafe & Adoption Lounge in Peabody. More information on the Special Offerings Tab.
Class Descriptions
- Gentle Yoga: A slower moving, gentler class including warm up stretching, breathing practices, strength building postures, twists, balance & relaxation. Modifications are offered for areas of need in the body.
- Improving Your Balance: A chair and standing movement class with a combination of seated and standing strength and stretching exercises. Modifications are offered for those with compromised knees, hips, shoulders and back. Contact Jennifer to register for in-person or Zoom classes not at the Senior Centers.
