My name is Zamanta Archibold. I live a digital nomadic lifestyle, teaching yoga, breathwork, and meditation as a technique to light up the soul. Happiness is what you make of it. Why not make it a permanent way of Being?

I’m currently available for consulting engagements.

Most of the time, you can find me exploring the world. But one can also find me at an Ashram, Yoga Community, or Dogsitting.

I have a degree in Interior Design, so I worked as a corporate designer for many years in New York City, where I grew up. After an injury while training for my black belt in Karate, I tried Yoga and ended up as a certified E-RYT 500 teacher. I studied under many wise masters and had a small studio in Miami for 15 years. Now, I share my knowledge of life wherever I go.

I am a flexitarian. My food choices fall on what’s healthy for my body. I love dogs, hiking, writing, taking pictures of the sky, and living a sadhana life.

Today, I provide Zen in 10, a meditation/breathing exercise workshop for various international corporate brands. I consult, teach online classes such as Stretch Breathe Meditate, and lecture at conferences and continuing education programs. Also, while I travel I am writing a book, “A Simple More Happy Way of Life,” but you can find my take on the Five Tibetan Rites on Amazon.

Balance comes when there is no good or bad. It just is.
