What is TaiChi? TaiChiChuan (or Taijiquan) is a slow-motion set of movements. These movements are cultivated through relaxed postures, a smooth breath, and a focused mind.
Sound impossible? The mind-body-breath connection is part of the human condition. By practicing TaiChi this connection becomes more obvious. Like a child learning to walk, we honor our inner intelligence as we become more proficient.
Curious? Our Community TaiChi is an easy way to learn a few techniques and chat with other students. In the summer, weather providing, class will meet in the yard at ATOM Center.
