Super dynamic, fun and always different classes. I've been outdoors for 3 months and the class is really enjoyed. The teacher is super attentive, she watches all the time and corrects if the posture or the exercise is being done wrong, she also keeps everyone attentive, makes jokes and makes the class super bearable, without ceasing to be demanding with the routine. I started in Alma just 2 weeks before the first isolation started. I am very happy with how they adapted so that we could continue the activity. The Pilates instructor is very prepared to offer many variations of exercises with anything you have at home (although surely in 2 months you will want to buy everything).
