The Ashtanga Yoga Center was the first place I went to do yoga in my life. This was more than 20 years ago. From that moment, I emigrated, I live outside of Argentina, and I went to different yoga schools in the world, with famous teachers. I can say that like the Center and like Ricardo there are not two. I was lucky to find the best place from the beginning. In other places I took yoga "classes", but nowhere does yoga become meditation and a connection with "something else" like at the Center. Not a strength and stretching class, this is a place for those who aren't afraid to commit to the quest for the essentials. When I go to Argentina for a few months I return to the Center, and when I'm in Mexico, where I live, I practice with live and remote classes, which surprisingly (or not) generate the same energy as face-to-face classes.
